Specifies whether hatch clerk vessel shift on board processing is handled by N4 or XPS .
Setting to N4 reduces dependencies on XPS and contributes to vessel operations being able to continue if XPS is offline. This is the default.
Setting to XPS_Server reverts to N4 sending Bento requests to XPS to record the shift on board. You would set this to XPS_Server if there were problems hatch clerk SHOB processing on N4. See Rolling back N4 move processing to XPS (on page 1) for more info.
